2008 Husqvarna TE250

So the Royal Canadian Motorcycle Patrol picked up a used 2008 Husqvarna TE 250 in late 2014.  The Royal Canadian Motorcycle Patrol does not discriminate when it comes to motorcycles.  In the stable of bikes employed by the Royal Canadian Motorcycle Patrol, there are bikes represented by England, Italy, Spain, Japan the U.S.A and now Sweden.  Although to be entirely truthful, this particular Husqvarna was made in Italy during the period that Husky was owned by Italian manufacturer Cagiva.

Originally created as an arms manufacturer by order of the King of Sweden in 1689, Husqvarna over the years has branched out into sewing machines, kitchen utensils, bicycles and finally motorcycles in 1903.  Interesting factoid; Husqvarna was purchased by vacuum cleaner manufacturer Electrolux in 1978 and later sold in 2006.

Be sure to check in to see upcoming moose dragging exploits by this machine.
